A Month in Review: July

I’ve had a lot going on in July, as you might have guessed from the more frequent blog posts, so I’ll keep this short!

IMG_5179I announced this a few weeks ago, but I am working on the art for my first book, which will – God willing – be released in the fall! I received such a positive response from my Romans project, that I decided to compile all the designs into a book. So, the past couple weeks, I’ve been spending most of my time digitizing and editing the designs I originally created in my journal. It’s been a super overwhelming task to accomplish, so pray for me! I need all the encouragement and motivation I can get!

Besides working on my book, I had a few custom orders this week. Unfortunately, I have to wait a little longer before I can share the photos of those pieces with you, but there is one project I am especially excited about, that I will hopefully be able to share with you at the end of next month! I’ve also been brainstorming ideas for a small Fall/Winter line of retail products. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to make that happen, because I have some other big ideas for the coming season, but stay posted! Either way, there will be new, exciting things to come in the near future!

Again, I know this post has been brief. If you’d like more details on my book and what else I’ve been up to, just scroll down to read my previous blog posts from this month and of course, follow me on Instagram and Facebook.

If you have any ideas or suggestions of products you’d like to see at my Etsy shop in Fall/Winter, leave a comment! Also, if you have any questions about my lettering process and would like to see more of that here, let me know. Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated!

❤ Lauren
