The last of my series of the Gospel in ___ words. I started with 20, last week was 10, and this week is 5. What a challenge! But, these 5 words sum up the Good News pretty well:โ โ

Jesus saves believers from sin! ๐๐ฝ๐๐ป๐๐ฟโ โ

How? โ โ
By the blood and resurrection of Jesus Christ!โ โ
โ โ
Why? โ โ
Because He is good and He loves us even though we are dead in our sin.โ โ
โ โ
When? โ โ
When we put our faith in Christ! Believe that Jesus is Lord and confess you are a sinner in need of forgiveness only He can provide. By grace, through faith we are saved and marked with the gift of the Holy Spirit dwelling in our hearts.โ โ

Then what?โ โ
Follow Jesus! How do we follow Him? By getting to know Him and His ways through reading the Bible, applying what we learn to the way we live, worshipping, praying, being in community with other believers, and ultimately, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform our lives.โ โ
